Monica throwing

Note how relaxed Monica looks compared to Paul and Ben! In Ancient Japan, a samurai had to remain calm and composed, even when confronted by a life and death situation. We realise the benefits of this in today's world, because remaining calm and relaxed helps us retain good self-control and so deal with the stress of day-to-day life better. We learn how to do this in Aikido.
