Coastal Training APRIL 2003

1. COAST TRAINING. Energy-enhancing Aikido exercises during a
training weekend on the NSW south coast.

2. COASTAL TRAINING GROUP. They were up before dawn for sunrise meditationand then an hourís training - now they ham it up for a photo before breakfast and more training.
